After building world-class influencer strategies for global brands like NARS cosmetics, Hyatt, L’oreal, Pepsi, and more Annelise recognized the lack of diversity and representation across the influencer space. she created CFG to change the influencer marketing landscape and ensure that both brands and creators had an agency partner with a mission of diversity and inclusion at the core of their approach.

Javaun Francis is the Head of Finance at CFG. Helping to launch the company at the end of 2019, Javaun is responsible for long-term growth strategy, FP&A, and a range of company management functions.
