We are growing as an agency and looking for a seasoned marketing professional to join our team. 

 

You should apply if: 

• You have worked in an influencer marketing role for 4 - 6 years 

• You have experience managing a team and are comfortable leading a team 

• You understand influencer insights and campaign KPIs 

• You have experience generating reports and analyzing insights 

• You are a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency 

• You are comfortable working in a remote work environment

• You have a genuine passion for influencers

• You are highly organized and can manage many moving parts at one time 

• Understand the importance of diversity, inclusion, and equity in the industry 

 

We'll be extra impressed if you:

• Have experience managing talent or managing large scale influencer campaigns

 

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage a team of coordinators and interns 

• Manage multiple clients on the talent management side of the business 

• Assist with the overall growth of the agency through new business and prospecting new clients

• Career development and support for your direct reports 

• Act as a liaison between clients and brands maintaining professionalism and timely communication 

• Identify opportunities in real-time for clients based on relevant social moments

• Ensure the team stays on top of client goals and KPI's monthly, quarterly and yearly
