This position manages brand pitches, ensures seamless execution of partnerships, and provides day-to-day support to managers and their rosters. From scheduling and project management to updating decks and reports, Coordinators keep campaigns on track while building their industry expertise and contributing to CFG’s collaborative culture.
Senior Talent Coordinator
Our Senior Coordinators are instrumental in driving talent success and campaign performance. This role leads pitching workflows, supports strategic planning, and takes greater ownership of client and brand relationships while providing elevated day-to-day support to managers and their rosters. From managing partnerships and tracking progress toward client goals to delivering tangible pitch results, Senior Coordinators keep campaigns moving while refining their strategy and pitching expertise and strengthening the teams they support.
Manager
Our Managers are responsible for the success and growth of their client rosters, leading strategy and overseeing execution across all accounts they manage. This role owns client relationships, drives revenue and retention, and manages team members to ensure strong performance and delivery. From setting overall account strategy and leading negotiations to identifying growth opportunities and developing junior team members, Managers play a critical role in shaping talent careers, strengthening brand partnerships, and driving impact across the business.
