By connecting your Instagram account and participating in the "CFG Creator Impact Index" beta, you acknowledge and agree that the "CFG Creator Impact Index" its methodology, scoring framework, data outputs, insights, and any related materials shared with you, is proprietary and confidential intellectual property of Campbell Management Solutions LLC. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, share, or discuss any aspect of this tool, its outputs, or the insights provided to you with any third party, including other creators, agencies, brands, or platforms, without prior written consent from CFG. This confidentiality obligation survives your participation in the beta and any termination of your management agreement with CFG.
