Qualifications
-
1-2 years of experience in a related field (i.e. Talent Agency and/or Management, PR, Marketing)

Strong written, verbal, and visual presentation communication skills
-
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility and adaptability

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume email/workload
-
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented work style

Ability to work against deadlines

A passion for social media and an interest in developing talent relationships

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G Suite, Mac, Outlook, Slack, Adobe, and/or other tools and technology

Responsibilities
-
This role will heavily focus on the coordination of campaigns through to execution
-
Responsible for handling brand pitches for talent
-
Provide administrative support to the Talent Manager and their talent roster, including managing call notes, reminding talent of deadlines, etc.

Project manage and execute partnerships with talent from post-contract phase through campaign completion, including scheduling calls/shoot dates, coordinating content calendars, overseeing shipments, and arranging content draft and live dates

Attend briefing calls

Update decks, presentations, and quarterly report documents

Input all campaign details into project management systems as necessary

Show interest in and willingness to highlight talent on the rise

Participate in company-wide initiatives and activities
